TRAVEL DAY OR OFF DAYS- Foods and liquids that support sleep, recovery from illness or injury

Foods for sleep will address sleep homeostasis, and circadian rhythm disruptions due to frequent travel, and irregular sleep schedules, basically getting a rhythm established that affords optimal brain and body function. 

Foods for recovery from illness or injury will address inflammation, healing and soothing foods and beverages.

SHOW DAY- Foods & beverages that support energy, stamina, and focus

 

Returning from tour looking and feeling healthier is what I can do for artists, so that can resume life and projects without skipping a beat.

 

On tour, I take coaching sessions and meal prep and make your process as easy and seamless as possible.
